The Agent Assistant Workshop

Your 24-hour assistant starts work tonight.

Walk in with a laptop. Walk out with an AI assistant connected to your email, calendar and CRM, trained on how you write and how you run your week.

Tuesday, 15 December 2026 - 300 Clematis Street, West Palm Beach - 20 seats

One page, two minutes

Your morning brief, ready at 7:30

Today's number
Eighteen conversations to stay on pace for your income goal.
Top three
Call Dana R., new online lead from 11:40 last night, reply drafted. Inspection period ends Thursday on Palm Way. The Hendersons have not heard from you in 94 days.
Calendar
A 2:00 showing overlaps listing prep. Move it?
Inbox
Six email replies drafted in your voice. Review.

An example brief. The numbers in yours come from your own goal and your own accounts.

You got licensed to sell homes. Then the admin moved in.

Inbox. Showing schedules. CRM notes. Contract deadlines. The post you meant to write on Monday. Every hour spent there is an hour away from buyers and sellers.

A full-time assistant fixes it, at a salary most agents can't justify. This workshop gives you one that works around the clock, on tools you already pay for.

More time on dollar productive activities. Less time on everything else.

What your assistant handles

Five jobs a full-time PA would do. Done overnight.

Diary management

Plans your week around prospecting time and guards it. Builds showing tours in driving order with buffers between stops.

“Book showings Saturday for the Garcias at these five addresses.”

Inbox triage and response

Sorts every email by what it is worth to you and drafts replies that sound like you. Flags wire fraud attempts before you act.

“Triage my inbox.”

CRM integration

A ranked call list every morning. First replies to new leads in minutes. Call notes turned into CRM notes, tasks and follow-ups.

“Who should I call today?”

Social media management

A week of posts in one request: listings, just-solds, open houses, market notes. Every post checked against fair housing and brokerage rules.

“Plan my social media this week.”

Secretarial services

Listing appointment prep, seller updates, contract deadline timelines, inspection summaries, thank-you notes and checklists.

“Here's the contract. Build my timeline.”

Plus a morning brief, every day at 7:30. Your number, your top three calls, calendar conflicts, contract deadlines and replies waiting. One page, two minutes.

The day after the workshop

The day runs itself first.

11:40 PM
A lead comes in from your website. Your assistant drafts a reply in your voice and adds a call task for the morning.
7:30 AM
Your brief is waiting. Eighteen conversations to hit your number, three calls that matter most, one showing that clashes with listing prep.
7:45 AM
You approve six email drafts over coffee and move the showing with one reply.
8:00 AM
You pick up the phone. The rest of the day goes to buyers, sellers and referral partners.

The day

Morning: understand it. Afternoon: install it.

No coding. No jargon. You build on your own laptop, on your own accounts, with the hosts beside you for every step.

What you'll learn

Four things that carry over to every day.

How AI actually works

What it's good at, where it slips, and why clear instructions change everything.

How to talk to it

Asking clearly, correcting a draft, and knowing when to double-check.

How to use it safely

Fair housing language, wire fraud signals, and what never goes into AI.

How to protect your time

Sorting every task by what it's worth, and turning your income goal into a daily number.

What you walk out with

Control

Nothing goes out without your tap.

You approve every send

Emails, invites, posts and CRM updates wait for you. Your license stays in your hands.

Compliance built in

Fair housing checks on every post and email. Brokerage identification on every ad.

Fraud flagged first

Changed wiring instructions go to the top of your brief, marked for a phone check.

Your data stays yours

Everything lives in your own accounts and your own folder. The hosts never see it.

Who it's for

Agents, team leads and brokers.

Built for people who have never used AI. If you can send an email, you can do this.

Yenvy Truong

Yenvy Truong

Chief AI Officer, Authentifly

Yenvy Truong is an engineer and tech entrepreneur. She was building AI-driven platforms when most people had never heard the term. For close to two decades she has founded and scaled tech companies, raising capital and taking multiple companies to exit.

Today she teaches executives how to bring AI into their life and business. The results are measurable: tens of hours back every week, hundreds of thousands of dollars in savings, and new revenue streams and capabilities their businesses couldn't reach before.

She is Chief AI Officer of Authentifly, a leadership and culture transformation firm, where she coaches leaders on how to think about AI: where it creates value, where it carries risk, and how to bring a team through the change. She runs her own businesses the same way, on AI systems she designed.

At this workshop she brings that experience to real estate. You'll leave with your own AI assistant, connected to your inbox, calendar and CRM.

Questions

Before you book

I've never used AI. Is this for me?

Yes. The morning starts from zero, and you build each piece with the hosts beside you.

Will it send emails or post without me?

Never. It drafts and proposes. You approve and send.

Does it connect to the MLS?

Not yet. MLS data is licensed by each board. You paste listing details or use your CRM's listing feed, and the assistant works from there.

Which CRMs work?

Follow Up Boss, Lofty, kvCORE and other major CRMs, through a connector or Zapier. Some need a small add-on. We check yours before the workshop.

What does it cost to run afterward?

The assistant costs $150 per month to run afterward. This is separate from your workshop ticket.

What happens after the workshop?

The follow-on is Double Without a Team, Elisa's private one-to-one program. Attendees who want to keep going can apply for it. Nothing else is required after the day.
